Once you have decided to proceed, the first step for our web site design team will be to gather all the necessary information from you to prepare a “first cut” at the web site. Within a few days, our web designers will present you with some customized samples designed just the way you like them, with navigation schemes, colors, backgrounds etc.

After you have reviewed the first cut and the structural details are finalized, our web site design team will proceed to flesh out the rest of the web site. If programming is needed, our web programmers will also proceed with that effort in conjunction with the web site design team and yourself. As the project proceeds, you will be contacted with the latest versions at appropriate times, or according to agreed milestones.

Finally, when the project is completed, you will be delivered the final version for your approval, and once you have approved it, the site will be made “live” according to an agreed schedule.

Following the official “Live” period, you will have up to 30 days to report any specific problems such as incorrect links, programming bugs, etc., which we will gladly and promptly correct at no charge (not including any re-design or navigational changes, programming specification changes etc., which may incur additional labor costs).

Each project starts with an internal “Functional and Requirements Specification”, followed by “Design Specification” and “Programming Specification” documents. Each stage of the project is internally reviewed by a Project Manager to ensure conformance to agreed specifications and standards.
